Samsung opened its new headquarters in Silicon Valley and had an awesome grand opening led by Samsung Electronics CEO. Besides the new headquarters, there were also a lot of announcements made together with the event. 

Samsung opens the company’s Centre of Excellent in Global Marketing with a blast through new appointments in the management. Now, Marc Mathieu is the new Chief Marketing Officer and Jess Coulter is the new Chief Creative Officer. 

Samsung and Verizon team up and announced their plan to deliver LTE-U small cells. The companies announced it at the 2015 CTIA Super Mobility Week.

Samsung finally kicked of the fourth Annual Samsung Mobile App Academy! More is to be expected from the 11^th and 12^th graders to participate in the event. 

Reputation Institute names Samsung as the number 1 Technology Company in the United States. With lots of its products showcased in the 2015 CES, the company was able to highlight the products that RI deemed best in promoting social responsibility.
