For urgent needs, we offer Emergency Phone System Rapid Response and Critical Spares Disaster Recovery services nationwide. 

 

Service Rates

All rates are inclusive of GST and apply to labor only, excluding materials or replacement parts unless specified.

$240 (includes first 30 minutes onsite)

Subsequent Time

$47.50 per 15-minute increment

Urgent Call-Out Surcharge

Additional fees apply for same-day or 24/72-hour response (contact for quote)

Parking Fees (All Locations)

Parking charges will be on-charged if onsite parking is not provided. Free parking will be attempted where possible.

Rural Zone B (up to 150km)

$150 travel charge

Rural Zone C (Beyond 150km)

Additional Notes:

  • Non-Contract Customers: Standard attendance within 3-5 business days or as agreed.
  • Contract Customers: Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply as per contract terms.
  • First-Time Customers: Credit card details are required for billing unless otherwise authorized.
  • Materials: Customers are responsible for the cost of any materials or parts used.
  • Variations: Any changes to agreed works must be documented in writing before commencement.
  • Business Hours: Standard rates apply during regular business hours. After-hours or 24/7 support incurs additional charges (contact for details).
