Avaya wins the 2015 Technology Services Industry Association STAR Awards for Entry-level Best Practices in the Delivery of Customer Success and Support. Avaya was awarded at the 2015 Technology Services World in last Vegas last October 21, 2015.

Avaya announced Steve Bondi to take the new position created in the company that will cater to Avaya channel partners and distributors’ relationships and their expansion. Bondi will be the Vice President of Global Partner Organisation.
