Avaya IP500 Analogue Extension 8 Module

Connect up to 4 analogue phones with this base card that provides 8 analogue extension ports. The IP500 Extension 8 Module can be fitted with an IP Office 500 daughter trunk card to utilise the other 4 RJ45 ports.


Features:
 

• Supports 8 analogue telephones or extension ports.
   
• Occupies just one spot on the IP500 chassis.
   
• Provides 12 RJ45 ports for trunk connections. The first 8 are analogue extension ports for the connection of analogue phones, with a maximum of 4 per IP500 or IP500 C2 control units running IP Office, and 3 per IP500 V2 control units running IP Office Partner Version.
   
• Supports one daughter card for digital or analogue trunks, using either an IP500 daughter card with 4 connection ports or a Power Failure Transfer fitted with an Ip500 analogue trunk daughter card. Combination supports 1 power failure extension to trunk “loop-start only” connection (not compatible with IP412).

Note: To support trunk ports, the IP500 trunk cards can be fitted to existing IP500 base cards. The trunk card uses the ports on the base card for cable connection or so as to provide additional facilities such as trunk connections. IP500 Digital Station, IP500 Analogue Phone, and IP500 VCM base cards all support the addition of an IP500 trunk card. Not supported on the IP500 Legacy Card Carrier base card.
