The Avaya IP Office 500 - Customer Service Agent RFA 5 License (Part number: 217651) allow the configuration of users as CCR agents (with the help of Multiple license it can be added for up to the maximum of 150 agents) that also defined to users who are responsible for fielding customer service calls (who regularly fields calls relating to sales, service, billing, product information, etc.)
*compatible with IP Office R5.0+
Avaya IP Office 500 - Customer Service Agent RFA 5 License provide users with a web browser interface to view key statistics in real-time and also allows supervisor to track their performance with IP Office Customer Call Reporter.
*Reports may be run manually or scheduled which features user’s can check their own performance daily with real time reports “Agent Performance Indicator in Agent Time Card Report”, ability to customize reports, with real time reporting enhancements, and Enhanced Statistical Reporting.
*IP500 is also known as a total voice and data communication solution (Functions as a traditional phone system or an IP Telephony Server) for small and mid-sized businesses (supports both single locations and multi-site networks - basic Call Center and voice messaging capabilities are built-in).
Note: Various IP Office features and applications require entry of license keys (a unique 32-character codes based on the feature being activated and the serial number of the IP Office system's Feature Key dongle) into the system's configuration.
