And recently, the company promoted Peak Communication to Silver Partner in the said program.

The Silver Partner status that Peak got was Avaya’s way of certifying that the enterprise possesses several comprehensive skills as well as customer satisfactions in Avaya solutions’ design. In fact, Peak needed to undergo a lot of the company’s criteria for customer satisfactions to be considered as one.
