15th year Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Contact Centre Infrastructure Avaya was able to gather the following information:

  • 90% of people move between different devices
  • 52% of customers are less likely to engage with a company due to bad mobile experience
  • 89% of companies will compete primarily based on customer experience

With these information to base on, Avaya wants to keeps people on their toes and keep them ahead on the accelerating business transformation and be able to adapt to these changes.

Avaya revealed the key innovations at the 2016 Enterprise Connect, which started March 7, 2016.
