Before it was aided by Avaya, Voss Auto Network encountered several difficulties, including:

  • Missed customer calls due to aging communications system with limited functionality
  • Customers have no way of setting after-hours appointments since it doesn’t have voicemail
  • Primary communications device of young salesforce are smartphones, which are not supported by the company

Voss Auto Network upgraded its communication system to Avaya network and IP Office. With these changes, the following benefits were garnered:

  • 10-20 percent increase in service appointments
  • More value for the money spent on communications
