Avaya unveiled its plan to offer UC or Unified Communications solutions in the cloud, with the help of a strategic alliance that the company formed with Mexico’s TELMEX, in the 10th Annual Avaya Evolutions Engage Event. The Unified Communications solutions in the cloud will be made possible via the virtualized Avaya IP Office Platform and hosted by the Triara Data Center of TELMEX. This is where the strategic alliance come in play.
