Founded in 1989 and have headquarters in Richmond Hill, Ontario, the Esna Technologies is now owned by Avaya and acquired Esna’s:

• Intellectual Property

With this acquisition, users will have better access in several multi-vendor communication capabilities, including:

• Conferencing
• IM/Presence
• Messaging
• Video
• Voice

One of the biggest change in Avaya’s acquisition of Esna is that the Avaya Communicator is now Esna-enabled. The out-of-the-box voice and video capabilities were embedded on both private and public cloud-based business applications in the Avaya solutions, including:

• Avaya IP Office
• Avaya Aura Platforms
