Avaya IPO License R8 Customer Service Supervisor 1 enables service supervisors to track, measure and create reports (Customer Service Agent Reports / Gives the Supervisor the ability to run reports on ACD Agents otherwise known as CCR Agents - Reports may be run manually or scheduled and thus, user has the ability to set alarms for internal and external calls) for agent (or a group of agents) productivity via a web browser interface (Supervisor may view or display Wall Boards to monitor calls in Real Time). This supervisor license enables a supervisor to use IP Office Customer Call Reporter (CCR Supervisors can pull group reports on all CCR Agents).

*Up to 30 supervisors can be licensed on IP Office Customer Call Reporter (One Supervisor License is included with the purchase of Avaya IP Office Advanced Edition, each additional Supervisor requires the purchase of a license) and  ACD Reporting on entire groups requires the purchase of Customer Service Supervisor License and CCR Agent Licenses for each Agent. (Requires the Purchase of Avaya IP Office Advanced Edition License)
