Avaya IP500 Office Worker R6 License - 5 User
The Avaya IP Office 500 - R6+ Office Worker 5 (Part number: 229439) is aimed for users who are working in the office or can have their profile set as Office Worker (conjunction with a wired or wireless Avaya Phone, provided with functions to control their communication with a PC ex. control audio conferences or enabling them to control the voicemails with an e-mail client - requires Preferred Edition), enabling users to use Unified Messaging Service (UMS) and one-X Portal for IP Office (without Telecommuter functionality features - license instances are consumed for each user being configured)
*compatible with IP500 and IP500 V2 systems release 6.0+
Or Avaya IP Office 500 - R6+ Office Worker 5 provides five (5) user licenses for the Office Worker profile. In additional settings (optional), are enabled in the IP Office configuration for the following services: Avaya one-X Portal for IP Office (no telecommuter features) and UMS Web Services.
*NO Office Worker Profile licenses are present, existing legacy Phone Manager Pro licenses can be used to enable users for the Office Worker profile.
Note: Avaya IP Office 500 - R6+ Office Worker 1, having a Preferred Edition do not need to buy additional Essential Edition licenses. However, in systems where the users are set but there is no Preferred Edition, the IP Office Manager will give an error (an alarm is sent to the administrator) if the administrator tries to set a user to Office Worker when Preferred Edition is not present ("No Preferred License available." will be the error).
