The Avaya IP Office 500 - R6+ Mobile Worker RFA 5 License (Part number: 229435) is designed for users with mobile devices and no internet connection to the office who are often on the road, down the hall, or in another office (field sales / service staff) can often mean missing a call (provided with functions such as one number access and call control as if "in the office" enabling them to never miss a call).
*compatible with IP500 and IP500 V2 systems release 6.0+
*release 6+ IP Office Mobile Worker solves the problem by making any mobile phone an extension of the office phone system complete with call handling features, speed dials and more (ex. enable twinning of mobile and call control).
Avaya IP Office 500 - R6+ Mobile Worker RFA 5 License allows user to be configured to use the IP Office Mobility features (include Mobile Twinning, Mobile Call Control and one-X Mobile Client “both IP500 only” and use of Text to Speech (TTS) for listening to users emails remotely).
*To get one-X Mobile Essential functionality, the systems need to be upgraded to Essential Edition - license instances are consumed by a user being configured for any mobility feature
Note: The Avaya IP Office 500 - R6+ Mobile Worker RFA 1 License who have Preferred Edition do not need to buy additional Essential Edition licenses (the Basic Edition only supports call forwarding to the mobile device). However, the IP Office Manager will give an error (an error will be "No Preferred License available." - In systems, no Preferred Edition will occur an alarm that sent to the administrator) if the administrator tries to set a user to Mobile Worker when Preferred Edition is not present.
