The IP400 Voicemail Pro RFA 8 (Part number: 174461), is a commanding voice processing system and an easy-to-use graphical interface which offers tools that make users / employees more productive, including integrated voice, e-mail messaging and auto attendant.

*The Avaya IP Office VoiceMail Pro (Preferred Edition) can be expanded by adding additional Port RFAs.

Adds 8 additional VoiceMail Pro channels (available in 2, 4, 8 and 16 channel licenses), IP500 and IP412 support up to 30 channels, IP406 and IP406V2 support up to 20 channels, and IP403 supports up to 10 channels

IP400 Voicemail Pro RFA 8 enables 8 additional VoiceMail Pro ports on an IP Office system (IP Office VoiceMail Pro is a messaging server application that runs on a Windows server PC). It is enabled through the Preferred Edition licence which includes the first 4 ports of VoiceMail Pro (additional ports come in increments of 2, 4, 8 and 16 licences). Thus, supports message handling for individuals or groups, provides information to callers, assists the operator during periods of heavy call activity, and more.

*Required license for Voicemail Pro server support (Preferred Edition “Voicemail Pro”) also enables 4 voicemail ports. These can be used to add additional voicemail ports up to the maximum capacity of the IP Office system (IP500 = 40, IP500 V2 = 40). This license was previously called Additional Voicemail Pro (ports).

Note: IP400 Voicemail Pro RFA 8 is an application that also allows to dial user back, internally or externally, as soon as a voice mail message is left for user. It provides security by prompting for a PIN code if user should wish to change their Forwarding or Follow Me number from an external telephone.
