Samsung 15.36TB SSD for Enterprise Storage Systems Considered World’s Largest Capacity

Samsung 15.36TB SSD, also known as PM1633a, is structured for usage in enterprise storage systems. Design based on the 12GB/s Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) Interface, the 15.36TB SSD can satisfy the market’s increasing need for super high capability SAS SSDs. This PM1633a is in a 2.5-inch form, which is way smaller than the standard 3.5-inch storage drive, allowing managers to fit in more drives to the standard 19-inch 2U rack.

PM1633a has 15.36TB by stacking 16 layers of Samsung 256GB V-NAND memory chips, forming 32 NAND flash packages all in all. It provides relevant developments and enhancements through its exceptional performance and high storage capacity, especially when it comes to IT system investments and efficiency.
