Samsung appointed its U.S. Customer Services Senior Vice President in the form of Michael Lawder, the previous Vice President of Worldwide Customer Experience in Electronics Arts, Inc.

Effective starting 1st of June, Lawder’s appointment, according to the CEO and President of Samsung Electronics America Gregory Lee, is the company’s effort to improve their offerings and ensure to be able to offer world-class customer service. Lawder’s roles in his new position includes overseeing customer service operations in the U.S., comprising:
- Contact Centers
- Field and Depot Operations
- Parts Supply
- Quality Assurance
- Walk-in Support Locations
Before getting this position, Lawder was the Vice President of Worldwide Customer Experience in a company called Electronics Arts, Inc. Lawder has excellent 15 years of experience in global and local customer operations, specifically for technology companies. He will be working in Samsung’s North American headquarters in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
