Avaya IP Office IP500 Trunk Card T1(J) PRI Dual (700509377) is an IP500 Trunk Daughter Card which provides two T1(J) PRI trunk ports on your Avaya IP Office system. This Dual T1(J) Interface Card can be added to an IP500 base card to provide support for PRI trunks. On dual port cards, both ports will be the same line type. Each port supports T1(J) variant for use in Japan which supports IP Office 9.1 Feature Pack and higher.

The Avaya IP500 T1(J) PRI Dual Trunk Card is compatible with Avaya IP500 digital station, analog station, and VCM base cards. The line type selection can be changed using IP Office Manager. The options available depend on the IP Office operation mode and locale. Physical trunk connection is via ports 9 and 10 of the host IP500 base card. Port 11 and 12 can be used as test points for connection of test and monitoring equipment for the adjacent port. A maximum of 4 cards per Control Unit and 1 single port card only in IP Office Basic Edition modes are supported. The IP Office system supports 8 unlicensed B-channels on each port fitted. Additional B-channels are activated by IP500 Universal PRI licenses. These additional channels consume the licenses based on which additional channels are configured as in-service from port 9 of slot 1 upwards. However, D-channels are not affected by licensing.
