STOP PRESS; Telstra Gold Phones will no longer function after May 2009. Telstra have recently announced that 'All Goldphones' will cease working some time before May 2009. The 50HZ CLM50 [metering] is being disconnected. Suitable Replacements for Telstra/Telecom Blue & Gold Payphones are; There are two Models of Coin Only Payphone available These payphones are approved for connection to the Australian Telephone Network, and operate on the 12Khz metering Telstra will continue to provide. There is also a range of Accessories available for the CX-98A Model.
