I can't rate a product I never received, but I can rate the service.
They don't answer phone calls, they just ring out, and can't be bother about answering emails. They take your money and then nothing. I wonder if the company really wants to do business.
Yes, my name is on this because I am one pissed off customer, I want an apology and either want my battery or a full refund.
I should have tried an overseas website, at least I would have got my battery or an apology and refund by now.
